GTS awarded new automated-gate project at Fredrikstad Port
/in Public News /by gw_enfoldGreenwave Terminal Systems (GTS) was awarded a new automated-gate project at one of Norway’s largest ports, Fredrikstad. The solution will allow automated handling of arriving containers, general cargo, trailers and even visitors with or without vehicles.
Automated Gate Solution:
GTS provides customized kiosk solutions, with other gate-related infrastructure, Gate Operating System (GOS), GateBooking and all necessary integrations. The solution integrates with local access cards and the video surveillance system, enabling maximum synergy without the need for extra investments.
GTS also delivers Terminal Transaction Tool (T3), its own TOS, to both container terminals and large regional importers and exporters. Since all applications such as GOS, TOS, and GateBooking are operated on the same unified T3-platform, known challenges when dealing with multiple suppliers are therefore non-existent for our customers. All components are offered from one provider – fast, personal, effective and reliable.

New Automated Gate solution at Port of Moss (March 2019)

Greenwave has assisted the involved parties from traffic flow and systems concept to the final delivery. Challenges in relation with integrations between third-party systems suppliers has been solved in close cooperation. Greenwave stands for the seamless information flow between the system for pre-booking of turn-in and pickup of units at the port GateBooking, the TOS and parts of the steering of local gate infrastructure. Borregaard AS – Shipper Pool installation & SAP integration (January 2019)

Borregaard is an international company with factories and sales offices in 16 countries in Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa.
Borregaard has one of the world’s most advanced and sustainable biorefineries and has just raised of a new modern, sustainable lignin warehouse with 19 000 square meters near the port of Fredrikstad.
Greenwave is delivering several of its logistics solutions to optimize and streamline the product flow between the production facilities, warehouse and several port terminals in the region.
T3 acts as information transfer HUB between Borregaard’s new SAP-warehousing application and the TOS applications of the different terminals.
The TOS-Shipper Pool service used by Borregaard is fully integrated with the T3-TOS installations neighboring container terminal in order to optimize the time-critical stuffing processes.

Remote RTG solution for Port of Fredrikstad (November 2018)
/in Public News /by gw_enfoldGreenwave’s has developed a graphical monitoring solution for remotely operated RTG-cranes. We call it RTG-VIEW. The solution is completely independent from RTG-crane models and makes. It can therefore be installed as retrofit without the necessity of upgrading or replacing older RTG cranes.
The solution is entirely integrated with the terminal operating system T3-TOS. The real-time graphical views reflect the actual container status under the RTG crane, allowing the operator to navigate one or several cranes solely based on the control screens. Camera views are practically only needed for the final container docking operation.
